سياسة الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping Policy

أولاً: مناطق الشحن | Shipping مناطق

  • نقوم بالشحن داخل المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

  • قد تتوفر خدمة الشحن الدولي حسب الطلب.

We currently ship within Jordan.
International shipping may be available upon request.

ثانياً: مدة التوصيل | Delivery Time

  • يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

  • مدة التوصيل عادة من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل داخل الأردن.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Jordan.

ثالثاً: رسوم الشحن | Shipping Fees

  • يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب أو حسب المنطقة.

  • قد تتوفر عروض شحن مجاني في بعض الحملات.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

رابعاً: شركة الشحن | Courier

  • يتم الشحن من خلال شركات توصيل محلية موثوقة.

  • سيتم تزويدك بتفاصيل الشحنة عند إرسال الطلب.

We ship using trusted local courier companies.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

خامساً: تأخير الشحن | Delays

  • قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل الأحوال الجوية أو ضغط شركات الشحن).

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.

سادساً: الاستلام والدفع | Delivery & Payment

  • يرجى التأكد من توفر شخص لاستلام الطلب على العنوان المحدد.

  • قد يتم إلغاء الطلب في حال تعذر التواصل أو الاستلام.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Orders may be canceled if delivery attempts fail.
